As your representative, I have fiduciary responsibility for the buying transaction.  This means everything I know about the market and property you will know.  Anything you tell me is confidential.  I value loyalty, accountability, and full disclosure.
It is my job to fully investigate the market, neighborhood and individual homes.  It is my job to give you the answers to important questions like:

What type of market is it in this area?  Is this a “turn over” area or one where homes seldom come on the market
I save you hours of wasted drive-around time by setting up appointments and pre-screening the homes that meet your criteria. I develop a plan of attack by area to ensure your time is well spent.  My experience will guide you through the mounds of paperwork involved in buying a home.
Assisting you in negotiating offers, offering advice and perspective as well as acting as a mediator is my forte. This is a skill set I acquired as a former currency trader dealing in multi-million dollar contracts. Skillful handling, attention to detail, timing, and establishing priorities gives greater value and makes the process more pleasant.
House buying is often the biggest investment you will ever make. I can help you arrange financing and assist in finding the most competitive rates and terms available.
My compensation is commission based, paid at closing – not by you! I get paid by the listing agent of the home you decide to buy. If you do not buy a house, there still is no charge to you.
